Brand new construction in the heart of Garden city. This well-appointed 3-bedroom townhome is the perfect place for your family getaway to Bear Lake. With comfortable furnishings and attention to design and detail, we invite you to gather and create memories.

Located within walking distance of restaurants and shake shops, you'll find yourselves a part of the tradition of the lake. Enjoy a walk or ride along the nearby bike path in the morning or evening. If you are boating, the marina is conveniently located just a couple miles to the north. We also have overflow parking available for your boat!

KITCHEN/DINING
This kitchen is fully stocked with eating and cookware. A large fridge will accommodate meals and groceries. The adjacent dining space offers comfortable seating whether gathering for meals or games. A desk is also available in this area should guests need to carve some time out for work while visiting.

LIVING
This townhome offers a large upstairs family space perfect for watching movies, playing games, or conversing with one another. A huge sectional anchors the room and a large Smart TV is ready for your digital entertainment.

BEDROOMS:
Three stylish bedrooms are located upstairs. The master has an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower and double sink vanities. The other bedrooms have their own closet space and large windows with plenty of natural light. For your convenience in planning, here is the exact layout of each room:

Not a good winter property. Two story with NO heat on the first floor (Kitchen, power room and dinning table) very small coffee pot (two pots needed for 3 people), address wrong in emails. Very good property manager( Matt), empty garage for vehicle especially during second day when it snowed all day and night, upstairs sitting area since 1st floor was too cold ( no heater)

Perfect location; close to food, less than 5 minutes from Marina and easy to find. Loved the place, cool furniture and comfortable beds. Plenty of parking. Property Management responded to a text right away. It will be the first place we try to book next year.
