The staff was friendly and very responsive. We checked in Monday night and departed Friday morning, but our room was not cleaned nor towels exchanged for that period. Ice machines were out of order, so you had to go to the desk for ice, which the staff served you gladly. The breakfast was good. We are accustomed to Comfort Inn Suites and thought Comfort Suites was the same, but understand it's different.

The first breakfast we had, the juice machine gave out warm juice, and the "hot water" was "warm water". Then, when the night that it rained, we tried turning on the heat in the room, but the room heater did not work.
