Relax with the whole family at this peaceful property just outside Dallas/Ft Worth. This delightful home sleeps up to 8 and boasts comfy living spaces, a spacious kitchen, and a backyard pool. Mansfield offers the best of both worlds in being close to the big city, minutes from stores and dining, and yet maintaining a small town feel with friendly neighbors and easy to navigate streets. 35 minutes to DFW airport, 25 minutes to Six Flags, 40 minutes to downtown Dallas, 20 minutes to Midlothian and Waxahatchie.

The space
The POOL! The pool is a salt water system and is surrounded by a security fence with a self locking gate. It is deepest in the middle at just under 6 ft. The pool is NOT HEATED and gets uncomfortably cold in the winter months. We do not recommend swimming if the temperature is below 70 degrees outside. PLEASE NOTE that there is a security camera by the back door that covers part of the patio and pool area. This is for liability reasons and checking up on our maintenance crews.
The two player arcade has a huge assortment of games for you to enjoy.
The livingroom was designed with comfort in mind with a cozy sectional and a large smart TV with Netflix provided. The diningroom has seating for 8. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities and there is bar seating at the island. Off the kitchen is a nice sitting area with a wood burning fireplace and couch. Also on the main floor is a small laundry room and a half bath.
All the bedrooms are on the second floor, as well as an office and the main bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a large onsuite bathroom with a large tub as well as a shower. The two secondary bedrooms have queen beds. The office has a desk and a day bed with a trundle. The office is open to the livingroom below.

We have a pool service and a mowing service that access the yard once a week.

We came to TX for a family wedding and wanted a place for some down time with the kids. The pool was our deciding factor on this property. Overall had a great stay, few minor hiccups but the owner responded quickly and resolved. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for the 6 of us to relax and enjoy.

Annual TX Trip
We come down yearly to the area where we used to live to golf and go to some baseball games. We loved the pool as a chance to cool off from the heat. Great few days and way better than a hotel to us. Will return next year hopefully.

Quick family trip
The house was overall very clean and tidy. The pool was great. The lawn was alittle over grown as they had not mowed before our stay. The beds were okay just not comfortable for me and son alittle too firm for us. The owners were very nice and communicated back with any questions we had. We would stay here again if in the area.
