Lovely old home updated with modern amenities. Fuller room extremely comfortable with working gas fireplace and king sized bed. Delightful, full breakfast each morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Good communication via texting with staff prior to registration and entry. Free parking.

A magnificent property beautifully restored! Wonderful breakfast. Edwards House is very efficiently managed with detailed advance instructions, however we missed the warmth of a personal greeting on arrival.

Perfect getaway
Had an amazing time. This place is walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars. The house was beautiful (mostly on the inside) and the people were great. I highly recommend.

CSU Homecoming stay
We loved our stay at the Edwards House. The location is convenient to campus and Old Town in a nice quiet neighborhood. Breakfast alternates between sweet and savory each day, both were excellent. The tea bar was a nice treat much enjoyed. Rooms were beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. This will likely be our new go to when in Fort Collins.

We have owned three historic homes in the past and know how difficult it can be to maintain a historic property and keep it updated with modern conveniences. The Edwards Home is pristine!! The staff service and breakfast were outstanding. Words can not say enough. You wont be disappointed!!
