Charge for the room was on my credit card well before we checked in. At check in I was informed there would be an additional $100 "deposit" added to the card. Hotel clerk had no explanation - "It's policy". Make no sense. I will no longer stay at Holiday Inn or an IHG Hotel.

The room was not what the website said it was. The shower was so small you could not even turn around in it.

The young man who was checking us in was waiting on and talking on the phone during our transaction. We were having problems with our card and couldn’t talk to him because he was on the phone. That was disrespectful. Also the air didn’t work.

Very nice facilities, good restaurant for breakfast, our nieces loved the pool! Our sister recommended this particular hotel to us for the location and amenities.

Won't stay here again

Front counter staff were rude and made no attempt to work with me on my situation. I called and asked for a manager, who never answered. I left her a voicemail, and two days later I am still waiting for a call from her. This hotel clearly cares little about the satisfaction of their customers.
