Our stay was pleasant. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. We had food in the restaurant 2 adults 2 child. 1 child meal came out, 30 min later we were still waiting for the rest. We had all ordered the same meals so wasn’t sure why it took so long to come out. Mattress and pillows were very firm.

A weekend trip for an art gallery visit and East Brighton parkrun. The hotel is ideally suited as it’s next to the station. Restaurants, cafes nearby if you’re Vegan and can’t find anything on the hotel menu. Taxi rank just near the hotel to get to parkrun. Everything was perfect. I miss the midday checkout that Jury’s had, but otherwise everything else was just the same. Would stay again.

Best.Hotel.Ever.
Only a one night stay for me and my family, however i can honestly say this was the most stress free experience ever. All of the staff went out of their way for every person they delt with, and did so in a kind and professional manner. The staff even made a point of taking an intrest in why we were there. Will absolutely be going back every time we visit Brighton and Hove. 100% recommended.

Toilet was not clean and blood on the bathroom wall. We were put in a disabled access room, with a dated bathroom. Our room was next to the boiler cupboard which made loud noises all night. Oh, and £30 for two gin and tonics at the bar is a joke.
