This is a bare bones property, and the price reflects this business model. If all you need is a clean room and bath, you will be happy with it. We will stay here again but will make sure that we bring a box of tissues, a hair dryer, shampoo, and a larger size bar of soap with us. The facility appears to be brand new, so the walls and carpeting throughout, and the room furnishings, have not yet shown the wear and there that we so often see in the Hampton, Comfort, and Holiday inns where we normally stay. We avoid the breakfasts at those other places anyway, so having no breakfast here at the Woodspring is no problem for us. With a full kitchen, had we brought our own pots, pans, dishes, and silverware, we could have made our own. But for one night, IHOP (within walking distance) will be fine with us! BTW, shampoo was available at the desk, and probably a hair dryer, but when I get to my room, I prefer not going back to bother anyone to ask for anything additional. Just forewarning you...

Pet friendly. Easy parking. Clean. Outstanding customer service. The hotel states that they provide "complimentary toiletries." I got a single bar of soap. Not a big deal, but make sure to bring your own shampoo, etc. And if you do plan to use the kitchenette, you'll need to bring your own dish soap to wash your dishes. That part was a disappointment, but I would still stay here again.
