Comfortable for the price
Concerned after reading previous reviews regarding cleanliness. Booked the property anyway. Cleanliness wasn’t that big of an issue although did notice some dirt around the AC ceiling vent. This property certainly shows wear from usage with the bare essentials regarding amenities. If the property manager suggests bringing something, definitely bring it. It won’t be provided. A tub faucet dripped (a lot), ripped screens for one of the patio doors, some of the cookware was so worn that we decided to either eat out or buy a skillet at Wally and take it home afterwards. The sleeper sofa cushions would sink into the framing and we would constantly have to pull cushions out of the frame, and the carpet albeit clean, showed wear, some staining and portions were pieced in. Our stay was over the middle of summer so I’m sure it’s hard to keep up with repairs and upgrades. It’s livable for less than $180/night.

Adequate. It was clean and close to the resort but could use a little TLC. Maybe some new carpet and furnishings, and remove the old broken hot tub. But overall a good stay for the$$$$

This could be a really nice place
Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean when we arrived. The carpet however detracted from the cleanliness of the rest of the place - big stains and overall not that clean and showing a lot of wear. Layout of the place was good and suited us. Location was good and very convenient and area was pretty quiet. A lot of little things that didn't work or were missing also influenced my giving the place only 3 stars: 4 light bulbs burned out in kitchen/living ceiling. 4 of 5 bulbs burned out in lamp over dining table, no pot holders in kitchen, blender jar cracked and leaked, crumb tray on toaster wouldn't stay on, vertical blinds broken and missing in bedroom, every door creaked really loudly, big hole in screen to outside deck, and some other minor things. The place just needs some attention to detail to be a really great place.

Very dirty and unsanitary
Extremely dirty. Our infants had dirt stains on their knees and feet from the disgusting carpet. There was stains/dirt everywhere. There is no way the carpets are cleaned between stays. Many of the lights were burnt out and/or did not work. The microwave did not heat food. The TV remote did not work. The hot tub did not work and probably hasn’t in years. This rental is overpriced for the lack of quality.

This property is blah
The house needs a lot of improvements. Fridge is leaking. Pillows are so uncomfortable. Stains on the ceiling. Furniture is like everything else I have mentioned.....

Perfect location! Super fit for our family!
This is a perfect spot to rent! The neighborhood is clean and well taken care of, the check in process so easy! Close to grocery store, wisp resort is right across the street!!!! Lake access but also not right in the busiest part. Drive is short to 4 state parks! Hiking trails! It is a prime location! The town house was clean and had plenty of room. Very comfortable! Enough room to shower and I loved all major appliances were at my disposal including washer and dryer! My family is already asking when we are coming back! Will totally recommend this place and do this again!
