When I arrived I found dried urine on the side of the toilet, which had the "sanitized for your safety" seal on it. There was also long black hair on multiple pillows. If you're under 5'5, the shower will be fine, but anyone taller, be prepared to crouch down a bit. The mattress wasn't great, but also not terrible.
