The person who checked is in was terrible. He has no idea what he was doing. We waited in line for 55 minutes and got disgusted and left to go have dinner for an hour and then came back and still waited for close to an hour

Well .. Only the ice machine and soda machine on the 1st floor were working . One's on 2nd and 3rd broken... Refrigerator in room was worthless and Maintenance claimed it was working properly. Soda place in it was not cold after being in int OVERNIGHT ... Bathtub stained and not clean looking .. Do I need to continue ... Worst hotel experience we have had
