Great communication
A few days before the booking, we were informed that this condo was in need of repairs, but they had a second condo we could use. We were very thankful for not being cancelled on. The condo we did stay in was fine, but the original looked better in the photos. The owner's were very good with communication and accommodating. Very nice folks. If we're ever in the area again we'd try to book the other one to compare

We attended the Ozark Moonshine and Music Festival 2023 and this condo was the perfect location close to the venue and it was quiet and relaxing. Super cute.

We really enjoyed our long weekend at the Happy Place in Fairfield Bay Arkansas. This property was extremely clean. The host was great to communicate with. It is located close to the pool and the view of the lake is breathtaking. We will definitely stay again and refer to our friends and family😃

Great spot to get away!
Glenn and Stephanie were the perfect hosts! We booked 2 of their condos to get out of town while allowing our house to be shown during our sale. Both the condos had everything we needed. It was great to get away and enjoy the peace up in Fairfield as well as the Cool Pool. I can't think of a better way to take a break close to home! Glenn was quick to respond with any questions. We had an absolute blast on our trip! We had a little trouble finding the unit when we got in late in the evening and the property owner responded very quickly which was much appreciated. The beds were also very comfortable!
