I'm sure the phrase "you get what you pay for" might apply but this stay started out ridiculous. First of all i made the reservation on the expedia app. When I showed up at the Hotel they told me "they had no rooms available". My reservation being made and fully paid and cancelation or refund available!!! When in the expedia apl the hotels that do not have any rooms available or are fully booked do not let you make a reservation!! Yet this place let me make the reservation and when i show up they have nk rooms available!!! Okay, I was told "return in an hour." I returned an hour later and they tell me the same "no rooms available. " I'm told once again that I should come back later." I began explaining that the room was paid for that i had made the reservation and why was there a problem finally im told they do have a room. So what was it? Was the room being held for someone else? Were they cleaning it? No explanation was ever given. During ny stay i was told towels were givwn if you gave a deposit same with the remote control to the television. Its understandable. Yet the problem was they had no towels 😒. I went and bought one theres somw much i could xomplain about but this review has dragged on long enough. Only thing good qbout this place is yhe price but in my honeat opinion it is worth it not even for free..
My trip here at hotel Correo so far is good. Good hotel for the price.

What do I think about Hotel Correo?
My current stay here in Juarez is pretty much okay. The hotel I am in is not a 5-star hotel, but it is quite okay not to bad. It is good to stay in here if you are visiting Juarez for a few days. Juarez Mexico is a nice interesting town. It looks like it is busy and there's a lot of things to do here.
I booked my reservation at around 5:00 p.m. last weekend. I got in the hotel at 9 and not only did they not have a clue who I was they sold out of doubles. I was traveling with a male friend who is 7’0” 280lbs we weren’t fitting in the same bed. The lady gave me a room for “free” with a TV. I came back to my room to check out at 3a.m. And the hotel manager came and tried to make me pay extra for having a TV in my room. He went to my uber driver and make me cancel to my trip back and all. They didn’t take card. It was a terrible experience, how am I going to pay for a room I didn’t get.
Hi, I was wanting to know if I can get a refund for this booking because the room had no TV, shower curtain, towels, soap. When I asked the fron desk, he stated my booking did not include these things. Please help, thanks!
