Just plain dirty. Outside, stairwells, halls, rooms. Holes in doors, un-working AC, stinky. Double the price of the nice hotels we had been staying in on this trip.

This hotel room was absolutely terrible. The room was dirty, the walls were covered in stains, and the ceiling above the shower was caving in with black mold. The next morning room service was banging on the door at 9AM and while the construction crew started at 7AM. This is the second worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The entire hotel should be shut down for remodeling, not just the back half. We had to switch rooms because the shower barely spewed water and the sink shot water everywhere. The rooms were disgusting. I'm surprised we didn't see bugs!

Needs work
The room lacked proper bath towels. We had one pool towel and one old bath towel. Got to hotel late and too tired to go down to front desk. Floor in room needs to be vacuumed. Dirt and toenail clippings on floor. Noticed renovation underway on part of hotel. It doesn't have bad lay out just needs serious updating. Hope ownership makes the investment.

Smoking everywhere outside. Stairwells and walkways dirty and need of repair/repainting. Pool was drained. Looks likes lots of people living there.
