Hotel was very nice, however, the rooms have very thin walls and could hear every conversation going on next door to us. Wait staff was excellent, very bad experience with hotels hired security when they threatened to get my friends with trespassing for “being loud”.

Dear Anonymous, I am happy and sad to read your review. I am happy to read that the wait staff was excellent. I am not sure if that would be hotel or the restaurant staff. I am not sure about the sound issue. You are speaking about hearing noise from other rooms and this being upsetting to you, yet when staff approached you due to your friends being loud, you are upset. I am unaware of the full situation and you are more then welcome to contact the hotel directly to speak with the Front Desk Management team to express your issues. Overall we due value comments. If the hotel wasn't sold out, did you contact the Front Desk to see about having your room Changed. I didn't read this in your review.
