Nice hotel
Was only here for one night hotel was lovely but the shower was poor, didn’t have time to talk to reception about it as I was leaving for the airport but it barely got hot and only trickled out the tap, may have been because I was using it at prime time but apart from that hotel was nice condition clean and tidy, parking is not very clear when booking through hotels.com so make sure to check before you arrive as you cannot park at the property

The staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional A girl named Franny apparently a manger was the worst person I have ever had to deal with even her co workers tried to tame her but she was a terrible person. The room service was very poor and inconsistent on some occasions but others it was perfect. the room and the facilities are good but the staff especially Franny are dragging it down she should be fired immediately as we are planing another trip soon and will be calling and making sure she is no longer there before booking again. I cant believe a person like Franny can be a manager at a 5 star hotel with her attitude and personality.

A great weekend away
Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Room was slightly small but that wasnt an issue as we were out and about most of the time. Brekky had a good selection with everything being fresh, even though we didnt have brekky until 10am. Would recommend and will likely book again in the future
