Nice staff, not so comfortable room
It was very clean and the staff were extremely nice. Our room however was uncomfortable: - noise level was much louder than I am accustomed - there were smells that lingered into our room from an adjacent room that was cooking food - it was extremely difficult to control the temperature in the room - the sofa in the room was very commercial and uncomfortable I really liked the location of the hotel and was specifically looking for a suite so we could relax on a sofa to watch football. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The convenience of the location for shopping and restaurants was excellent. The heated pool and whirlpool were a delightful way to unwind after a day on the mountain snowboarding.
