Property and room is very dated. Car park is in a terrible state. I was worried about leaving my car parked there. All carpets are in need of replacement they are filthy plus stairs. No soap in the bathroom, luckily i had taken my own and no hairdryer, plus only coffee provided in sachets no tea bags.

The room is dirty and in such unkept condition I haven't even got curtains at the window. The bathroom is in such a bad condition not even a shower curtain. Stains on the carpet .one of the worst places I have stayed in .

It was a cheap hotel which is what i was looking for. It was clean, the service was good and, to my surprise, there was a swimming pool. It is what it is but they do the best job they can with the available resources. I stress the price was good.

I stayed here for a night and it was perfect. Great value and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Last time I stayed was 10 years ago and always wanted to come back. The music downstairs was a great atmosphere. Although we didn’t stay ti watch the entertainment it was full of watchers having a great time.

Very popular hotel, was full of people. We use the hotel just for sleep . We did not eat nothing from the hotel,we just had some beers at night from the bar. The waitress with red hair a bit rude but okay. The room hotel looks old, the bathroom door inside need painting, the tap from the bathroom moving, the beds lots of noises . Average okay for the money .

I didn’t expect much it was only 3* the bedding was clean but the room and bathroom was disgusting dirty curtains badly cracked wash basin cracked floor tiles and air vent not working we were in room 33 the stair carpet leading to the room was foul. We suggest somebody checks this place out before recommending it. It was so bad we don’t feel we could rely on your services again.

We arrived to book in at 22:15. Place was obviously busy as there was no parking. The road outside is all double yellows so we squeezed in a spot at the exit. There were two people checking in in front of us. Two staff at reception but only one actually doing the checking in. It took 35 minutes for us to get to the front of the short queue. No hello no apology no smile, just “name”. She became distracted twice and the poor lady in front of us was told there was no room for her. The room was hotter than sleeping in the caldera of an active volcano. The windows barely opened but there was an ineffective fan which blew the hot air around. The room is in need of a refurbishment. Mismatched new and old furniture and so many cracked and broken tiles in the bathroom some bordering on dangerous. There was someone else’s used bar of soap on top of the unused dispenser and there is orange slime around the shower holder that indicates it has not been cleaned in a while. The bed had a bounce worthy of a gymnastic trampoline one person moves all move. The only redeeming feature is breakfast in the morning but the coffee is bordering on disgusting. No we won’t be back. Overpriced room it is not even to the standard of a travelodge but charges like the Hilton for a Saturday night. £122 was not worth it it is a £37 room all day everyday.
