This was my second stay at Hotel Mar Blau. If your looking for a no frills, great value stay in a fantastic location then you will love this hotel. Right on the beach, very friendly staff and situated in the old town with easy access to both beaches, tapas alley etc.. Took me about 30 mins to walk to the lively brit bar end, but there is a taxi rank a min walk from hotel if needed. For the price, if you don't need a pool etc, then you really can't beat this hotel..... Excellent!!!

Excellent location peaceful right on the beach. Shops bars and restaurants on your doorstep Very basic apartment but clean and quiet the only disappointing thing was no fridge in the room

Lovely bace for a break in Old Benidorm. Basic hotel but clean and well looked after. You could hear the noise from the front of the hotel but not too bad and well worth it for the view.

First time to Benidorm
Hotel located in a fab spot right on Pionte beach. Had a front double room, the views was fantastic, all along the bay and the Balcony de Europa. Around 100 meters from old town, several bars/ restaurants near hotel. Room was comfortable not spacious though, no desk to sit and do my hair/ makeup only a shelf along the wall. Refurbished in 2021 but not to a high spec. Bathroom floor cheap, water floods from the shower, not good designed, wardrobe cheap refurb. Clean white towels daily if you want, bath towel small!! Linen changed weekly, not ideal maybe every 4/5 days would be better and fresher. Room cleaned daily. No tea making facilities, but you can ask reception for kettle and mugs. Air con worked well. Could hear the waves when the weather was windy. No bar/ lounge.
