1 private bedroom with queen bed and open loft bedroom with 2nd queen bed + half bath sleeps 4 adults total. Smaller roll-away could accommodate a 5th guest if needed

This tastefully updated condo is fully furnished with two beautiful queen beds, (2019) 50" Roku TV with for watching live games and news and other streaming options available for movies etc, Blu-Ray + DVD player, media library, games, and private BendBroadband 300mbps WiFi in unit.

For your sleeping comfort there are black-out blinds in the bedroom and loft windows.

Do I get use of the same amenities as the other guests paying full retail through the resort management?

The outdoor pool/spas/children's play area etc. are available for all guests.

-Athletic Club passes are only available to guests who book through the resort property management and are not available for my guests.
-You don't get a telephone in your room (must have a cell phone)
-You don't risk getting stuck with a room that's been untouched since the 70's.
-You don't get to pay almost twice as much!
-Unfortunately, there is no washer/dryer available on site, nearest is 2 miles away.


There is no need to check-in at the front desk, though your name will be registered with them during your stay. Valid driver's license and fully refundable deposit required.

Cozy home away from home
We loved this condo! It was clean and well-kept and felt very homey. The location couldn't be better, the resort is neat and quiet and in a beautiful part of town. Beds were comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful after long days of hiking and exploring. Communication with the host was friendly and there was lots of helpful info in emails and in the condo itself. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend.

This property worked perfectly for our three(3) night stay in Bend. The condo was EXACTLY as advertised (photos were accurate), the owner was terrific to work with and the place was very clean & comfortable. We would stay in this condo again without reservation!!

Great Location & Great Value! 5 Stars
We had a great stay! Location was close to everything we wanted.(Breweries, River Float, Hiking, & great restaurants) Condo clean and well stocked with all necessities. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Loved the wildlife as we drank our morning coffee on the balcony. I highly recommend staying here!
