My stay was great. There is only one comment, you have a gentlemen that worked the front desk and he was not friendly or helpful. Anytime I asked a question he knew nothing, asked for an ironing board, was told there was none. The other matter is that some of your bedding is stained and should not be used.

Safe and quiet property. Shopping mall nearby and public transport and taxi easily available right outside the hotel. All the staff at the front desk are wonderful and very helpful. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was amazing and had lot of variety and food options and fresh fruits and fresh baked croissants and pastries. The only thing I didn't like was the couch in the room was very old and had tear in the cushion. When you sit on the couch bum would sunk in and was very comfortable to sit on it.

Room was nice and so were the staff but there were ants in my room, which they didn't manage to get rid of during my stay and I wasn't offered an alternative room. Quite expensive to wake up next to ants running around
