Very nice stay. Great location within easy walking distance to Banff center. Suite was spacious. Pool area was good. Only issue was some disappointment that the attached restaurant was closed.

Comfortable and clean hotel within easy walking distance of downtown. Lovely pool area with two hot tubs, changing rooms and lots of towels. There is underground , heated parking for smaller vehicles, which came in very useful in the -38 temperatures. All the staff are friendly and helpful The only reason I didn’t give 5 ⭐️ was there was a lot of noise from other guests, either sitting on the floor of the corridor (!) talking or kids running along the corridors. Otherwise, very nice stay
