The room was perfect and even had a washer dryer combo so we were to do wash so we didn’t have dirty clothes to travel home with. It’s also located about 11 mins from the airport which makes it much easier to get to than staying downtown Auckland. It was a great stay and we’ll be booking again on our next visit.

Overall good value for money. I stayed here for several nights over a period of a month, in different rooms each time. Staff helpful and friendly. Unfortunately twice I didn’t have a tv remote in the room, and once the receptionist wasn’t able to localise one for me. Just a note also that as a lone female traveler, I didn’t feel as secure as I’d have liked in a ground floor room. Rooms with washing machine and dryer were much appreciated also. The restaurant was very nice, and I appreciated the times when I was given the drinks and/or breakfast voucher. Hôtel is well located, close to everything and with plenty of parking. Thank you :-)

First room 208, stink of cigarette smoke & had a lot of stains on the carpet. Carpet definitely needs changing. Also had marks on bed runner. Second room 108 was much better.

Very dissapointed the deluxe room does not look like a Deluxe Room at all. Guest's looks scary with tatoos that did not give way at the lift. Not a good experience.
