Such nice spacious units with full kitchen. All very clean and modern. Rooms are very quiet and the shower is amazing, great pressure. I will return here many times I think. It's right next to Spark arena and only a short walk to Britomart and the bustle of the viaduct but far enough away that you don't get the noise of the screaming drunksin the wee hours.

A spacious alternative to a normal normal hotel
I am so glad I booked this. My husband and I and our niece traveled so we booked a two bedroom stay. We had a full kitchen, a dining room, a living room, as well as two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. And did I forget, there was a laundry room too? I love this traditional normal hotel room just has the bed a small sitting area and a bathroom. After a week my husband and I would be crazy being in that tight quarters. Because we had space to be apart but space to be together, and if we chose to eat in our hotel room, we could. It had everything we could need. The yard bar was super yummy. We didn’t have time to go anywhere else. Their dinner is spectacular. Their breakfast is a buffet. The location is great because it was right near the harbor, and it was a very centralized location. I would highly highly recommend this hotel

We stayed 8 nights and found location and proximity to town/restaurants/motorway excellent. However, servicing of rooms was extremely poor and inconsistent. Beds were only made once on our stay, vacuuming of living/kitchen only done when we asked twice. Teabags were not checked and topped up, same for washing powder. No access to a clothes airer/drying rack, not broom/vac or any cleaning products such as spray and wipe (hard when you have children and a fully kitchen to use). One breakfast had in restaurant, Buffett style, which was expensive and unfortunately cold/chewy/been sitting there for a long time. We didn’t eat there again after this disappointment. If food had been good, we would have taken our business there each morning. Cleaning staff were all very friendly and cheerful. Reception staff had little personality and seemed to be disinterested in guests. I have written this review to share our experience as no one even asked how our 8 day stay was upon check out so could not share with staff. Above all, location was great, so I would stay at an apartment nearby (there are lots) rather than at Adina Britomart.
