We stayed 8 nights and found location and proximity to town/restaurants/motorway excellent.
However, servicing of rooms was extremely poor and inconsistent. Beds were only made once on our stay, vacuuming of living/kitchen only done when we asked twice. Teabags were not checked and topped up, same for washing powder. No access to a clothes airer/drying rack, not broom/vac or any cleaning products such as spray and wipe (hard when you have children and a fully kitchen to use).
One breakfast had in restaurant, Buffett style, which was expensive and unfortunately cold/chewy/been sitting there for a long time. We didn’t eat there again after this disappointment. If food had been good, we would have taken our business there each morning.
Cleaning staff were all very friendly and cheerful. Reception staff had little personality and seemed to be disinterested in guests.
I have written this review to share our experience as no one even asked how our 8 day stay was upon check out so could not share with staff.
Above all, location was great, so I would stay at an apartment nearby (there are lots) rather than at Adina Britomart.
