Check in was at 4:00, and we didn’t get keys until 4:45. When we went to our room, housekeeping was still cleaning. We went back to the front desk and got a room that was not what we reserved. Management did give us 2 drinks at the bar and free breakfast. So while check in was a debacle, management made up for it.

Incredible Service
We had an amazing experience. While the property is on the older side, it has been updated and pretty well maintained. The wear shows mostly in the bathroom. It was obvious that there was water damage from the room above at some point. The valet and bartender were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. A special shout out to Joseph at the front desk for being so welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable! We will not hesitate to return!
