"We were the only ones in the hotel our room overlooked a playground in garbage dump. No toilet paper in the room. No water or glasses in the room. The pool was empty with dirt in the bottom. Workmen were pounding on the floors above at 8:30 at night. Nobody from the hotel was up at 8:00 breakfast and no breakfast was being prepared. The photos on line are from the top floor that is being worked on. The staff was incompetent. With the right management this could be a nice place but it is far from that now"
