This historic cottage in the Ashland Railroad District offers one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms and will accommodate up to four guests. The kitchen has been remodeled and this darling cottage is walking distance to downtown Ashland.

Welcome to Casa Amore Cottage in the heart of Ashland's Historic Railroad District. Stroll to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and the world famous Oregon Shakespeare Festival from this eclectic neighborhood of vintage 1800s homes, businesses and cottages.

This two story cottage features a king bedroom suite with full bathroom upstairs, and queen sleeper sofa downstairs with an additional half bath. Please note there is no door to the upstairs bedroom. There is also a TV and a dining / desk area in main living area. Casa Amore Cottage has private covered parking, a covered front porch to have your coffee on and a balcony with mountain views. There is a full kitchen with everything you need. You also have access to a stackable washer and dryer so you can head home with your laundry already done.

Some of Ashland’s best restaurants and coffee shops are just a short walk away.

Guest parking is in the carport off the back alley just a few steps away from the entrance to the cottage.

Lithia Park and the downtown shopping area is the perfect pedestrian friendly spot for exploring. Great Victorian centrally located
Beautiful old home and so convenient to every thing you might want to do in Ashland! The property was incredibly comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen had enough staples to make cooking for ourselves easy and the grocery store and Co-op were minutes away walking. You are located right in the down town area so quick walk to see Shakespeare plays or explore Lithia park. Property manager was super easy to communicate with and quick to reply to any inquires. Absolutely recommend this property. Very spacious

Wonderful
We loved this property. Wonderful property manager that was very communicative. The cleanest vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. You can tell no corners are cut with the cleaning. Very walkable everywhere even with our 9 year old. We cooked breakfast and lunch with the well stocked amenities at the property and walked to dinner nightly. We will def be back .

I almost want to keep this place a secret and to myself so it doesn’t get overbooked. Perfect quiet location in Ashland with a huge king size comfy bed, just the right sized kitchen, plenty of lighting and places to lounge not to mention a respectful attentive host. Walking distance to everywhere. I plan for this to be my go-to place to stay whenever I visit the Ashland / Talent area. Thanks Sylvie. Thank you property owner. My stay couldn’t have been more pleasant.
