My room had a running faucet that couldn’t be stopped. There was a lot of debris and broken furniture sitting outside of my room. The tub and bedding was terribly stained, and the room was missing its smoke detector. I can’t stand remote controls without the back cover on it either. My door was stuck/difficult to open. The online pics definitely have enhanced lighting. The actual lighting in my unit was quite dim. Not a place where I felt safe so I left.

I booked a 2 queen bed room that was non smoking. Received a 1 queen bed room with a very uncomfortable pull out bed that reeked of smoke. There was also yelling/crying coming from another room.

I don't know if the people who rated it never stayed anywhere nice before but this was literally a roach motel. Rooms looked like they've seen crime scenes before, hair and mold in the tubs and bathroom walls. Only thing that looked clean was the bed thank God. But we saw a roach the next morning crawling on the desk next to the TV. I wanted to burn all my clothes but threw EVERYTHING immediately into the washer as soon as I got home.

Our door was opened before we even got to our room , and the front desk would not give us another room, not to mention the door would need to be slammed to be closed.On top of that just a very low quality stay overall .
