Nice hotel close to the train station. Breakfast was excellent with made to order egg dishes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free items in the mini bar a bonus (including free beer and wine!) Only negative was our room faced a busy street and it was very noisy.

Everything was excellent - staff were polite, helpful and welcoming; the room is of good reasonable size, clean and the bed is comfortable. The only one thing that I’d like to highlight is that the airport shuttle service comes with a charge and hotel staff did not mention about it when I make the booking or how much that would cost me till the driver ask me to pay when I reach the airport.

We stayed one night at Best Western Plus Hotel Zürcherhof and were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and thoughtful touches throughout. The room was clean, a good size, and came with a well-appointed bathroom. On arrival, the friendly receptionist greeted us warmly, and we were delighted to learn that bottled water, coffee, and fresh fruits were available at the reception area—just help yourself! In-room amenities were generous, including a mini-bar fridge stocked with complimentary drinks, which was a lovely surprise. Buffet breakfast offered a great variety, and hot items like bacon and eggs were freshly prepared upon request. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, yet it’s very convenient for exploring Zurich—just a short walk to shops, the lake, and Zurich University. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming stay with excellent value.

The receptionists are friendly and helpful . Around the area of hotel is so noisy bc of a lot of bar and restaurant the people are chatting till to midnight 2 pm! And the church bell is ringing every 45 minutes even at the night

All staff I encountered was lovely and it was a great bonus to have ice pops and some snacks for free in the lobby, breakfast was good as well. My room was clean and nice, it even had a small balcony. Most hotels in Zurich don’t have air conditioning in the summer so I expected it to be warm and it was, but the staff did their best to help with this as much as possible.
