In our completely renovated, modernly furnished, and comfortably equipped vacation bungalow—which measures approximately 50 square meters and features a quiet, sunny garden and a large terrace—you can relax and unwind.

From the hallway, turn right into the spacious living/dining area with a kitchenette.
A large leather sofa with a big flat-screen TV invites you to relax and watch TV.
In front of the window nook stands a solid marble dining table with four chairs.
The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, ceramic cooktop, and everything you need for cooking.

The children’s room is straight ahead from the entrance. It features a bunk bed with a sleeping surface measuring 160x70 cm and a cabinet with doors for storing toys. A blackout roller shade ensures a restful night’s sleep.

Diagonally to the left from the hallway is the beautiful bathroom with a modern walk-in shower, glass doors, and a rain showerhead. A large mirror covering the entire countertop ensures you always have the best view! There’s a heated towel rack to dry your towels.

To the left of the hallway is the bedroom with a beautiful double bed (200x180 cm, two single mattresses 2x90 cm)! The first thing you see in the morning is a view of the dunes—on a photo wallpaper. A large closet and drawers under the bed provide space for clothes and accessories. There are blackout blinds here as well.

On the large terrace, there’s a table with four chairs. There’s a kettle grill for barbecuing. The highlight is the beach chair, popular with young and old alike for relaxing.
In the garden, there’s plenty of space to play or lounge on the sun loungers.

You can park directly on the property at no additional cost!

Final cleaning is mandatory and costs €80; with a pet, the final cleaning fee is €122
mandatory.

A laundry package can be added for 30€ per person; this includes bed linens, a shower towel, and a small hand towel.

The visitor’s tax is charged separately according to the current guidelines of the city of Zingst

It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach and the harbor. It takes about 14 minutes to walk to the bustling shopping street with its various stores, cafes, restaurants, and bars, and about 20 minutes to reach the pier.
Travel times may vary depending on walking speed or if traveling by bike.
Just a few meters behind the house is a forest, which is also perfect for dogs.

The fine, kilometer-long sandy beach and the waves of the Baltic Sea are just a 15-minute walk from us. Sun, wind, and the azure-blue sea make for an unforgettable vacation. Lush forests, flat salt marshes, and shallow Bodden waters are a paradise for nature lovers. For those who prefer to get active, there are over 150 km of bike paths in the immediate vicinity. In addition, Zingst features an indoor multisport facility with a climbing wall, tennis, bowling, mini-golf, table tennis, and more, as well as a very large outdoor mini-golf course.
