The room was nice, we had an unexpected upgrade but the hotel had a lot of items that were mini size that really shouldn't be. The pillows were small squares, coffee cups were tiny, drink cups only held enough for a sip. The breakfast attendant didn't have the best customer service and tried to prove us wrong when told the milk tasted funny.

Hot water ran for over an hour

When my granddaughter went to take a shower, the handle fell off. The hot water continued to spew out of the area. I had to call the hotel front desk as if I was a visitor, there was not a special number. The lady immediately called the maintenance, but it was after 11:00. He finally showed up but needed to get tools. He finally got the water turned off and started to fix it. I asked him to leave it as it was and fix it tomorrow as it was after midnight . He obliged . It would"ve been nice if we were offered another room.
