Bed and pillows smell like BO and there was a homeless man sleeping in front of the entry door which blocked me from going into the hotel and I had to walk all the way around the building with my hands full of luggage. When I spoke to the morning staff Jada she seemed like it was normal activity there. Zero security or personnel on property at night.

I ending up staying an additional night that I booked through the Hilton app. On the second night we found bedbugs in the room. We reported it to the hotel management. We had to wash all our clothes at a local laundromat so as not to bring the infestation home.

Room was large, clean, well-maintained. Not sure what housekeeping schedule was. Couldn't get change for tips, so I didn't ask, didn't come automatically. Room was ok. Around the beds baseboards were dusty/dirty. There was an old cheerio on the floor in between the two queen beds. There was a lot of dust on fixtures etc. like it hadn’t been dusted in a while. For the price we paid; breakfast should be included & not $12, esp for people traveling etc. Not sure if we would stay there again or not.
