I brilliant location most of the sights to see are in walking distance, gorgeous decor throughout the hotel but the odd thing could do with touching up but only if I’m being really fussy. Would definitely go back again.

We took an upgrade to a Superior King room, bit warn. Chips in furniture, stains on carpet and chairs. Looked like sesame seeds under glass on night stand. Have stayed here before and had a smaller yet nicer room

A wonderful hotel - the junior suite was beautiful with an amazing view of the Minster. The shower was amazing. Even little details like the local products in the Tuck Box, the coffee bags were so good Im going to buy some now. Would 100% recommend.

This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel in York, located conveniently within walking distance of the Shambles and many restaurants. The decor is stunning, reception was very friendly, and the restaurants were also wonderful. We would highly recommend staying here.

Just got back from here and absolutely loved it. Bit of a mix up with luggage, which may I say was my fault, however the staff were professional and extremely polite about it all. Going back in December and looking forward already… absolutely fantastic place.
