The weather an uninvited guest!
The location of the house is great. You can see the beach and walk to local restaurants or visit local attraction within short drive. I guess the inclement weather was not completely expected but, allowed us to enjoy the house and the comfortable space available to us.

Great House for Families
This was a great home for our family vacation. The location is ideal for easy/quick access to Short Sands Beach, the house is spacious and accommodates large parties comfortably, the space was tidy and clean; we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again!
One note worthy consideration is that AC is only available in one bedroom, and the dining room-although a fan is provided in every bedroom. The AC in the dining room keeps the common spaces in the downstairs level comfortable, but several of our family members felt the upstairs bedrooms were too hot even with fans and windows open. Just something to consider If you are sensitive to such things. This would not stop us from renting this house again. And 1 bedroom is accessible on the main floor which is convenient if you travel with a party that does not want to climb stairs often.

This was the perfect place for a “mini” college reunion for the 4 of us.
Beautiful setting and location. The house is very clean and homey and comes with everything you can imagine, that would be needed for a weeks’ stay. I will definitely be considering it for future trips with either family or friends.
