Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was compact but very clean, comfortable and perfect for a solo traveller (I liked the converted warehouse look and feel). Breakfast buffet was excellent for price. Free shuttle from Haneda Aiport and to Kawasaki station should be adequate for most people relying on public transportation to get around.

Everything is good, except transportation from airport. I arrived 6:30pm, but because of it, the time I arrived hotel was 8:45pm. After that I wanted to have dinner, then another bus to get kawasaki station. The time I arrived at the station was 9:45pm. I did not feel like to have dinner anymore

It was GREAT that they offer a shuttle to the train and/or airport because this hotel is not located near anything. Staff are great and the hotel is located right on the water and walking trail. It's about a 30 minute walk across the bridge to a great dining and shopping this area.
