My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights before taking a cruise. For us, the best thing about this hotel was how close it was to both the Nihon-Odori train station and the Osanbashi cruise terminal. It was also located on a side street, so there was no traffic noise. Would happily stay there again.

I liked that it was in a quiet area and close to Chinatown very walkable. The property itself is very out dated, bed mattress well worn with cardboard thin pillows. Staff on the other hand are great and very helpful! TV could have used some English language channels

Hotel located close and walkable distance to the cruise terminal . (10 min walk ) . Clean and comfortable. Staff was great and helped me with some documents that needed to be print . Breakfast on site and there is a 7 eleven close to it . Chinatown 5 min walk . Will recommend!

The Customer service was stellar. We had left items at a previous hotel, and the JALCity Kannai Yokohama staff helped us to communicate with that hotel, and in the end, we got our items back. The Location is convenient for exploring Yokohama Chinatown.
