This super-sized family home is situated in a sought-after location on a wide, deep waterway and is sure to impress holiday-makers as it offers ample space, a glorious waterfront setting and an inviting swimming pool.

Downstairs this special home boasts a spacious open plan tiled lounge and dining area, a well-appointed kitchen, and a sitting area off the dining room. The lounge room features air conditioning, ceiling fans and a Smart TV. This house offers a place for everyone to find a cosy spot to relax.

The back patio area is perfectly positioned to enjoy alfresco dining or BBQ to look out over the water and admire the gorgeous sunset or even spot a dolphin or two!

The laundry area comes complete with the third shower and toilet, perfect for washing off after a day on the water.

Upstairs there are 4 full bedrooms all with ceiling fans, a main bathroom and a private ensuite off the master bedroom which also has air-conditioning. There is a sofa in the alcove with another TV and DVD player to keep the kids amused.

For all the boating enthusiasts, there is your own private pontoon, jetty and a sandy beach.

Finally, for all the family to enjoy there is an in-ground swimming pool with in-built spa jets set in a beautiful enclosed tropical courtyard.

Please note that we request that no more than four vehicles are to be parked at this property during your stay, and no vehicles are to be parked on the lawn. There is a large double garage and spacious driveway with double carport to accommodate your vehicles.
