Quiet despite being conveniently close to highway. Very nice staff. Great lighting in bed for reading. Shower fixtures could use updating. Overall positive stay … esp for price.

There were only two hotels with outdoor pools in Yakima. Hotel Y looked like a nice hotel online but it was not in the best area. The room had a smell, a few gnats were in the room, the towels did not smell freshly cleaned. I will not be staying there again.

Flooring in the bathroom needs to be repaired. It seems as though there was a little bit of water flow that lifted the flooring, creating a slight problem. But nothing that was worth complaining about only to bring note to maintenance. I always stay here because it is clean, reasonable, and easy access off the freeway. Great breakfast, and great staff. The beds are very comfortable and bedding is nice as well!

Went to check in at 5:00 pm and I had to wait at least 15 minutes for front desk staff- no room service as we stayed there 4 nights - bathroom shower knob is extremely difficult for us older people to pull out to use the shower- coffee machine in room didn’t work- light bulb not working over the sink so some difficulty shaving\ putting on makeup
