Majestic independent villa private pool, chill out sunset corner with corner sofa, mature canarian gardens, shaded dinning terrace and an extra terrace with a built in BBQ and a dinning table.

The pool and terrace area are sun bathed from dawn till sunset, it is very private with unrestricted open views and no buildings in front. While swimming in the large 9,5m x 4m swimming pool, you can enjoy panoramic views out to the Montaña Roja and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.
The living room and dining area is very comfortable and spacious with open plan kitchen, perfect for romantic getaways or family living.
The house has 2 large double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and one guest bathroom.

FREE WIFI. Pool heating is included from 01. October until 30. April. From 01. May until 30. September pool heating is not normally needed.

The Villa has its own private gated driveway with parking space, a lovely and well maintained garden and 14 fotovoltaic panels on the roof.

The villa is located in a very quiet area of Playa Blanca yet only 10 mins walk from Playa Dorada white sandy beach, also nearby you will reach the wonderfull Beaches of Papagayo in the Natural Park Los Ajaches. The main village Playa Blanca and the Marina Rubicon with its restaurants and shopping facilities are all within a comfortable walking distance.

Great Villa

Super swimming pool and terrace area which has sun all day and fantastic open views to the volcano and the superb sunsets. Well equipped, clean and comfortable with very helpful friendly owners. An easy 10-15 minute walk to the Dorada beachand small supermarket.

Spotless villa

The villa was spotless, had everything you need including the basics like salt/pepper, cleaning stuff etc... beds comfy, outside area clean and tidy. Andy was lovely, helpful and was just a phone call away if needed. For us though, it wasn't as private as we would've liked. The pool area has the next door neighbours parking, front door and windows looking onto it but if you're ok with that then this villa is perfect. Thanks for having us :)

Fantastic Holiday

Just got back from a week at VillaRoMa which is absolutely stunning both inside & out. We were met on arrival by Andy & Rocio who ran us through the gate, alarm system, pool cover, outside seating storage, BBQ, cooking / kitchen facilities. Kitchen had everything you need - large fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven & hob & every utensil & cooking pot you could want. Lots of crockery & mugs for hot drinks but only glass for cold drinks so care needed if taking these out to the pool area. 2 tea towels, washup liquid & lots of bin bags provided & 2 toilet rolls. TV is German satellite & a fire stick which you could use Amazon prime or netflix & UK iplayers but no live British TV. No instructions for the TV so had to message Rocio to ask how to use. Maybe some written instructions would be useful. However Rocio did reply to the message very quickly. Excellent bin & recycling facilities in the villa. You empty them into big bins in the next street. Andy did tell us the best & cheapest supermarket to go to on arrival which was very handy as it’s way cheaper than the others around. Villa is fairly close to a busy road into Playa Blanca however there was very little road noise due to the wind. Efficient & not too noisy air con in both bedrooms & living room. Bathrooms great with hand soap provided & a hairdryer in each. Good size & quality towels. Beach towels also provided. We had a fab holiday in a fantastic villa - we will definitely be back.

Fabulous return visit to Villa Roma

Villa Roma is the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. It was our second stay and this time we rented the apartment too which was a great space for our 17 year old. Rocio and Andy are the perfect hosts - so friendly and helpful and very responsive to any questions/requests. The property is immaculate and very comfortable, with several outdoor seating areas in the shade as well as plenty of sun spots too. We loved the large heated pool and the views of Monte Roja and the sunsets. We will definitely be returning again!

Relaxing, peaceful family break

Not long back from a great week at Villa Roma in Playa Blanca. As a family of 5 adults, we booked this villa as the extra space with the apartment was an ideal solution for my daughter and her partner. Rocio and Andy were fantastic hosts. They were always contactable if required. The villa is spacious, clean and has all the equipment, facilities you could ask for. Excellent Wifi to keep the ‘grown up kids’ happy. The large outdoor space and large pool was utilised thoroughly due to the hot temperature and all day sun. I would highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful break in the sun but still within walking distance to the main restaurants, shops, beaches, etc. A+++

An amazing place!

We had a fantastic week at Roma Villa. It was spacious, clean and in a great location. Rocio and Andy were perfect hosts, the check in was easy and informative and they stayed in touch via WhatsApp when we needed them. The pool was thoroughly enjoyed daily. It was a great size and heated! The villa was very well equipped, we ate in a couple of evening but it was only a short walk (10 minutes) to restaurants etc. We hired a car (which we could park inside the gated villa) and it was easy to get out and about from the villa's location. There was plenty of choice on the TV and the Wi-Fi worked great. Thank you Villa Roma for making our holiday to Lanzarote very enjoyable. We 100% recommend staying here!

Myself & my family had a great stay at villa Roma. The villa & grounds are kept in excellent condition. The pool is a great size. A short walk of around 15 minutes to playa Dorada & cafe’s/Restaurants. Rocío was a fantastic host with good communication before & during our stay.

Great villa in a superb location

We would thoroughly recommend this villa. It is spacious and well equipped with great outdoor space which is not overlooked at all. The view from the pool area across to Monte Roja was a real treat every day. We loved the pool which was well maintained by Andy, who greeted us on arrival and he and Rocio remained on hand throughout our stay. It is a secure property that always felt safe. Internally the air con in the main villa bedrooms and open plan lounge was a relief at the end of our hot days. We self catered for breakfast and lunch and used the bbq too. We also used the laundry facilities most days. We’ve given it 5 stars for all categories because that is what we feel it deserves. All in all a superb villa.

Wonderful stay

We had a great week in this beautiful villa. Andy and Rocìo were very friendly and helpful. The villa was clean and well equipped. The pool was brilliant, a decent size and there were a few beach toys and swim noodles for children which was great. The view with the cacti in the garden, across to the mountain was magical. Beach and restaurants in walking distance and parking for a car to explore the island. We loved it and want to come back immediately!

An incredible villa and great hosts!

After having to move our booking four times due to covid-19 restrictions, we finally made it to this beautiful villa. Rocio and Andy were so understanding of the situation and we really appreciated it. We were familiar with the area the villa is located in as we have stayed nearby before, but it really is ideal. Just an easy 10 minute stroll down to the beach front and you can then either go right into and walk into the regular town or go left to the fabulous Marina Rubicon. We would always get a taxi back ( far too many gin & tonics!) and it was always around €5 euro. Rocio was great at providing suggestions and advice on restaurants and where to go. They also helped us book an in-villa fit to fly covid test which was super easy and greatly appreciated. They also allowed us to check in much earlier than we had anticipated. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need. Modern, clean, comfortable and spacious. Outside is fantastic. So peaceful and private. The pool is wonderful and Andy came to clean it mid week during our stay. It’s perfect for lounging around all day with good quality sunbeds, shaded dining table and another shaded lounge area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thought Rocio & Andy were magnificent guests. You won’t be disappointed!

The Property was keen and well equipped for our stay we had grand parents mum and dad with baby and child so a good spread of ages The pool was great and warm to use every day. The bed rooms had enough storage space for clothes and cases we also used the annex bed room which gave extra room this was also clean and cool even though it had no air con we will go back

Villa was top notch. Great location, 15 minute stroll to the beach, restaurants etc! Andy the owner handed over & gave good advice, also cleaned the pool at times suitable to us. Pool was a great size. Actually could swim lengths & great outside spice. I highly recommend this place & I think when possible we will be back. No road or building work noise is always a bonus

A Wonderful Villa

Villa Roma is a most comfortable, spacious and well-equipped villa in an excellent location. The outdoor terraces and heated pool are huge and provide uninterrupted views of Montana Roja and beautiful sunsets. A very convivial host, also. Enjoyed 15 of our 18 night stay before 'lockdown' and flight cancellations necessitated an early return home. We will be back!

Arrived in the middle of a sand storm, which took some time to get cleared up, but kept well informed of what was needed and what what action would be carried out by MARIA DEL ROCIO. Wonderful Villa Roma, we’d love to return!

We’ve just returned from a very relaxing family holiday at this wonderful villa. Andy & Rocio were extremely helpful right from when we first booked the villa, leading up to our holiday and whilst we were there, always answering any questions we had very promptly. We found Villa Roma very clean and it is extremely well equipped and very spacious inside and out. We also booked the annexe which our older two teenage children loved as it gave them a bit of space from their much younger siblings (and their parents ?!). The pool was the largest pool we’ve had at any holiday villa we’ve stayed in previously and it is also kept extremely clean by the owners. We had hot sun and clear blue skies for 6 day’s out of our 7 day holiday with temperatures around 28-30 degrees every day - this was 3/4 degrees higher than usual for the time of year so we were really lucky. The villa is in a very peaceful location with lots of space around it and fantastic views over the mountains. It is an easy 15-20 minute walk to the lovely beach, shops and restaurants at Playa Dorada and to the nearest supermarket. It took us around 25-30 minutes to walk to the marina but it is a really lovely walk along the promenade and well worth the walk. Taxis in Playa Blanca are extremely cheap compared to home with friendly drivers and they felt safe for our family to use so we did book these if we needed more shopping or were a bit tired / hot to walk !! There are some lovely restaurants at the marina and at Playa Dorada, all very well priced and welcoming. We all loved our holiday at Villa Roma and Playa Blanca as a resort and we would highly recommend both. We’d love to stay here again, thanks Andy and Rocio.

We loved the property and how well Andy and Rocio have the house set up for guests. Wow we've found another place we want to return to soon!

We have been coming to lanzarote for a number of years now and usually go to our favorite villa at the inland oasis (Nazaret) but decided to go to Playa Blanca again as we have some excellent restaurants we like to go to (Cervantes serves steak to die for and never disspointed). So in our quest we eventually found Villa Roma which in itself is a very nice quiet oasis in Playa Blanca. It was fabulous in that it was an easy walk to town, has a wonderfully kept pool with views and to top it all has a huge sail in the garden covering a very relaxing seated area. Andy and Maria gave us a great presentation on our arrival and we had a minor issue with the aircon but Andy comes round every few days to tend to the pool and helped sort anything out. Also being a couple of oldies we were worried the TV might be a challenge to us oldies but again Andy gave us a comprehensive demo and all went very well and number of channels available are mind boggling. We had a Zone problem with our Netflix on the TV and tried a number of options but thankfully our laptop worked on the very fast internet and when plugged into one of the spare HDMI ports on the TV, The House is fully alarmed so we were happy to leave the house daily in the knowledge it was secure for our return. I'm always somewhat loath to be too complementary when we find a good place as we'd selfishly like it to be available for our next visit but am glad we have found another potential 2nd and even dare I say 3rd timer option in Playa Blanca. This villa did not disappoint on any level for the 7 days we were there. The pictures are very encouraging but to be sitting on the veranda with book in one hand and coffee in the other is just so wonderful. Thanks to Andy and Maria for allowing us to experience such a great time at such a great property.

9 night stay

We arrived on evening flight. It was suggested we wait on the terrace for an hour for the owner to arrive, as he was at work. However after a text to say we were on- route to the villa, Andy did manage to get away to let us in and spend a few minutes explaining a few things, before returning in the morning. The Villa was spacious and clean and we we’re kindly left some breakfast items and large bottle of water to get us through the morning . There were 6 of us, 2 adults, 4 children including 2 teenagers. The teenagers stayed in the annexe, which was ok, I personally feel it could do with updating, the beds bit uncomfortable and there was a musty smell. The pool was nice, though Andy was concerned about us wearing sun cream in the pool, and leaving residue ? The answer to that would be to tile the pool for ease of cleaning. There is a good tv with English channels, should you wish to take a break from the sun. The area was quiet, and it was a downhill 20 minute walk onto the beach front and walk to the restaurants and shops and the same into the Marina, where there is a good market on Saturdays 9am-2pm. Taxis are cheap and plentiful. All in all we were happy staying at the Villa and it’s location, and I would recommend it for a large family.

Wonderful Villa in a Brilliant Location

Just back from a wonderful 10 night stay in Villa Roma. The villa is in a great location, only 10-15 min walk from all you need, shops, restaurants, beach, bus station for day trips. The villa itself is very well maintained with a brilliant outside area and pool. Andy & Rocio were great, meeting us on arrival, explaining all we needed to know about the villa and the local area. Hope to visit again soon!!
