Starter Essentials Provided: Includes basic toiletries and paper products. Guests staying longer may need to restock.

No Smoking: A $250 fine applies for indoor smoking.

Lost & Found: Items left behind can be returned for a $25 handling fee plus shipping.

Long-Term Stay: For stays over 21 days, a $50 additional cleaning fee will be applied manually after reservation.
