This a 4th floor room that is located within the Chula Vista Resort in the condo building. It does have a balcony that faces the woods and the river, which has 2 chairs on it. The room is directly across from the elevators. The host has furnished a microwave, a multi-use coffee station—pot and K-cups, and a 3 foot tall refrigerator. There is a small TV and WiFi is accessible. There are 2 queen size beds and a comfortable sofa that does have a queen size sleeper in it. Linens and towels are furnished. Parking is available. If you wish to use the water park at the resort you will pay a separate fee to the resort. There are several restaurants and a convenience food area within the resort. If you are out and about this room is sufficient.
