Was given a room that wasn’t even cleaned. Toilet was full of poop. Bed linens were stripped and left on bed. We were given a new room, but slept for 4 hours and hit the road. We were very grossed out.

Room not very clean, ac not working, shower no pressure ans either scalding hot or ice cold. No microwave, fridge didn’t work, nor did coffee maker bed was rock hard, and pillows had seen much better days.

The hotel was just ok. It's very old and needs updating. The worst part was the AC/heating unit on the floor that was very loud and blew out air that was so strong the person in that side of the bed couldn't sleep

The staff was super friendly, but other than that, this was pretty disappointing. First of all, the exterior doors to the hotel do not lock at night. One near the back was left ajar. As a female traveling solo, this was very unsettling. Also, the hairdryer was broken. Phone was broken so I couldn't call the front desk and the TV remote did not work. There was a dirty towel left in the room. The hallways smelled like potpourri and it was enough to make you nauseous. Good thing for friendly staff!!

The staff there were welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were clean but the beds were so uncomfortable. I had a hard time sleeping because the heat unit was so loud. People were screaming in the halls at 4am. The side door to leave the hotel was off the hinges. Breakfast was okay but there was a limit on how many pieces of food one could eat.

There was an odor in the hotel. The rooms need maintenance. Stains on the carpet, the shower head was detached from the shower wall and leaked. The heater unit in the room made a loud clicking noise all night. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The lady checked us in was nice. The elevator smelled like weed, and it was noise, When we went into the room the sheets had hair on the sheets and blanket. It really needs an update everything looked old. We were put on the second floor it was so loud by the elevator and traffic was loud
