The breakfasts included are amazing. The hotel staff is always friendly & efficient. Often eat evening meals in restaurant/bar on the premises. Have enjoyed many of their "burger of the month" offerings as well as many other menu items. Thank you to their chef(s). The rooms are run down and terribly drafty requiring the heat to be running a lot. For me the food, staff, location and being able to back up to my room for easy access make this my hotel of choice for quick in and out stays.

We stayed in room 112, there was 1 inch of ice buildup on the door, the floor remained cold for the 12 hours we stayed in the room. I had young children and my grandmother with me, had we of not arrived so late I would of went somewhere else but we had already walked to the front desk with bags, then walked back outside to the room. Doors slamming all night, exterior walls are bit soundproofed. Cigarette burns on bed cover linen, bed closest to the door was all springs. One thing that was amazing was the breakfast in the morning so that made it easier to swallow not sleeping all night. For $50 more we could have stayed at the delta. Paid $236 taxes in, it should have been more like $136 taxes in.

The hotel is on the older side, but seems to have been recently renovated. The area feels a little unsafe, but all was well. The staff is excellent and I cannot commend them enough.

Could hear vacuuming and starting to clean rooms early and all day slamming doors. And then doing laundry all night and shook our room. Our room was clean and beds were awesome. Room was a bit stuffy. Outside our room was not the most clean. Look cheap fixed up. But our room was great!
