The house was wonderful. A beautiful location! The linens were great, the towels were plentiful. My kids really enjoyed the air hockey table. I loved the hot tub and the well supplied kitchen. A great property with lots of bedrooms and baths. The heated floor tile in the main bedroom was well appreciated for our Christmas vacation. Because it was cold, the attached garage access was awesome.

The hot tub was at 99, not hot enough to use but we didn’t have the time to use it so it worked out in the end. The wine opener needs to be replaced and a recycling bin would be nice but very small details inconsequential to us:-)The beds, pillows and bedding were amazingly comfortable. Great water pressure in the showers.I would stay there again!;-)

We enjoyed the comfortable home.. so glad our travelling families had the time to hang out together as well as visit city family and attend the event we came for.the house was definitely large enough for all of us. Also enjoyed the use of the hot tub though it was cool weather.

The house was exactly what we needed. In town for a family wedding. Loads of space to accommodate all of us. Clean and comfortable. Ashley is a great host who was timely to accommodate requests and answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!!!

Great House but..

10/10 on the house itself as it was very clean and had everything needed for our stay.BUT We were accused of entering the property 15 minutes early which soured the beginning of our girls weekend. We arrived at the property 30 minutes after the schedule check-in time so this came as a surprise. I received the following message:“Hi there, I just wanted to kindly remind you that your check-in time was communicated as 5:00 PM, but you arrived earlier than expected. The cleaning team had not yet completed everything, which is why the towels were still in the washing machine. It would have been more respectful to check with me before arriving early so I could confirm if the house was fully ready. Unfortunately, I need to inform the supervisor and support team that I’m not satisfied with how this was handled, especially since we had discussed the check-in time beforehand”After explaining that we did not arrive early they stated it was someone they hired to pick up the garbage. I found this extremely unprofessional and felt they should have explored all possibilities to determine if it was their own staff before accusing their guests, especially with the way the message was phrased and the fact that it was 15 minutes early.Nothing wrong with the place but the communication was unsettling and bad start to our trip.
