Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
The location was convenient, but overall the stay didn’t meet expectations.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and when I dropped something that rolled under it, I noticed a significant amount of pet fur on the floorboards. I understand it’s a pet-friendly stay — which is appreciated — but with a pet cleaning fee, I expected a much more thorough clean.
Our TV didn’t work for the entire stay, which was disappointing, especially during a longer booking. There was also no room servicing during our stay, so we had to take towels and linen to reception ourselves for replacements.
Customer service from reception was average — not rude, but not particularly helpful or friendly either.
For the price per night, the lack of cleanliness, working amenities, and service fell short. There’s potential here, but the basics need more attention to justify the cost.
