Everything was nice. The home was very nice and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and helpful. The location was on the water with a pretty view. But also close to everything in Winchester. I would definitely recommend staying here. We will probably come back in the summer when we can enjoy the lake.

My family and my husband's extended family truly enjoyed our stay at this Lake house property. Deah is a wonderful host, we had a problem with the gate code not working and called about the problem. He was able to help us, It turns out we are pressing the numbers too fast. Pressing it slower and longer did the trick. This Lake property is very convenient to Winchester town with plenty of restaurants nearby. The home is clean, tastefully decorated and it has everything you need for cooking. Plenty of room for everyone. The basemen with it's own kitchen and living room is a nice place to hang out for our 2 young adults to do their own thing. We enjoyed the theater since we cannot enjoy the lake because of weather during Winter time but when we do plan to visit again in the Summer, we will definitely book this lovely home again.

The floors had not been cleaned, in a bit! No walking around barefoot! The outdoor cushions & chairs could not be sat upon as they were dirty, and wet at times from rain! The back decks did not have curb appeal! We could have sat outside but too much work to do so! Maybe have a place to store them or cover them so they could be taken out at leisure.it is a fun place, oh no scrubber for dishes (that we could find!) maybe a bench for suitcases in downstairs bedroom! Im not sure about the others! We had fun! We will be back! The last picture is when we sat down on the couch and realized the floors were dirty! I dropped my bottle of water in the foyer and just picked up a washcloth to wipe it off the stairs and landing real fast and that showed the filth too. Really fun & lovely it was advertised as outdoor entertainment things etc. but unfortunately it doesn’t appear that part has been used in a lil bit! Thank you very much!

Our family had a fantastic time at Deah’s place. We stayed with our two grown kids and their families. Each fam had their own floor! We loved being able to walk right down to edge of water or next door to the community pool. Location is so convenient to everything in town. Would love to stay here again!

Family Vacation

We were looking for a place big enough to have everyone fit comfortably, as well as access to fun activities in the area, and we found that here. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated and conveniently located on the water. The children enjoyed using the provided kayaks, swimming in the pool right next door, fishing from the bank of the backyard, and watching movies together in the movie theater. Renting a boat from the nearby marina was also fantastic. Communication with our host was very positive, with updates of the check-in and check out process, and answering any and all questions we had. We look forward to our next visit and hope to stay here again!

A Serene Getaway

You cannot overestimate the restorative power of a quiet and beautiful setting like this. The home was lovely and very spacious. We had everything we needed and more - including kayaks and fishing poles to make the most of the lake front property. I was surprised at just how beneficial it was for our whole family, teens included, to be away and enjoying the natural surroundings together. Whether on the water, the porch, or exploring in town, we found so much to enjoy together.

Nice property on the lake

The house was very nice. It had a lot of the amenities you would need which made it nice. The view was beautiful and being next to the pool was a bonus. Our family had a great time and would stay again.

Great Location

The house is in a great location with access to lake and community pool next door. House is also close to a local beach area and marina. You can kayak and fish easily. The house was perfect and has lots of space if staying with extended family or friends. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Family Vacation & 4th of July

This property exceeded our expectations. The home was immaculately cared for and very comfortable. Sitting on the patio in the morning with a cup of coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine were the most relaxing parts of the day. The property owner and property manager addressed all of our needs (which there weren't many) right away. The residents in the community were welcoming and friendly. The property was the best location of the block. I would recommend this to friends, family and I would definitely stay here again.

Great Lake vacation!
