I booked a one night stay due to a family members party. There were originally 3 people on my booking, unfortunately two of the people couldn't attend. My room was really spacious and clean, the receptionist and guy on the bar were very friendly and polite. Unfortunately due to a family emergency, i didn't end up staying overnight so can't comment on the beds eg comfort etc... I don't know where i stand regarding a refund (would be nice to receive one ), but regardless of that based on what i did experience i couldn't fault anything

We booked the hotel few months ago. We have stopped here a few times as its convenient for us before our flight this time though they have introduced a parking fee after we had booked so was a bit shocked id thought they would pf honoured the customer who had booked it before this come in to effect

The good : very clean ,but that cheaper hotel smell . Bed was comfortable . Bar & coffee The bad : broken water mixer - couldn’t take a shower . Pillow is cheap and rock hard with no options to change . Breakfast not quality ingredients . It’s not a hotel for business travelers . Overlooks private houses .

Not a place to stay before an early start

This hotel should not advertise as being an airport hotel and then host private functions. We had an early flight and don’t get any sleep due to an 18th party guests.

old building, old carpets, food and beer smell as soon as you enter the building, bad smell in rooms, no air conditioning, no toiletries, no mini bar, didn't provide enough towels, it's definitely not a 4 star... no more than 2 star

Nice stay

Lively stay and friendly staff. Not an issue for me but an elderly couple struggled with the stairs due to the lift being out of order and I helped them with their bags when they were offered no help from the desk staff

The hotel is described as an airport hotel, but is nowhere near Manchester airport. Public transport options are minimal and convoluted, and non-existent at weekends, especially Sundays. For the final part of the journey, walking directions to the hotel were wildly inaccurate on Google Maps and Apple Maps. One directed me through a housing estate into a forest, the other to the rear of the property where there was no access to the hotel itself. Hotel itself was average, would not stay again because of the difficulty in getting to/from the airport.
