Graduation weekend

House was amazing great location very clean instructions were great and easy, nice back yard to sit around a fire with wood provided. Owner was very accommodating with my early arrival. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking in the Wilmington area.Thank you

Cozy stay in good location

We enjoyed our long term stay at this cute cozy house. The size of the backyard was perfect for our dog to get a good run in. We also loved the location which was close to a main road but tucked away in a neighborhood. We did have to keep an eye on our dog while he was outside as there is a hole in the fence big enough for our 40lb dog to get through. It was behind an azalea bush so not out in the open at least. We would have liked blinds or curtains on the sliding glass doors in the back of the house as there is a guest house that is being rented in the back and can see right into the house. But overall we loved our stay and felt right at home!
