Absolutely fantastic!

The suite was so much bigger and better than we expected. We had plenty of room for our family of 7. The pool and activities( 18 hole mini-golf!) being included were fantastic for this family enjoying Colonial Williamsburg on a budget. The staff was amazing, extremely helpful and friendly. The entire process from booking to check-in was easy and painless. Highly recommend!

Short end of summer vacation

The property is beautiful with many nice amenities. The unit was as advertised. Nice size unit, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The living room furniture is a bit dated and not as comfortable and the showers could use some work. Overall a great place. Property manager was easy to communicate with and responded promptly. It is a timeshare and while you are told you do not have to attend any presentations, they really push you towards it at check in and I didn't like that at all...

The property all in all was good but the staff needs to do something better to handle rowdy guests. The cleaning of the rooms was mediocre, had to do some light cleaning when i got there. Staff was very friendly, no complaints there. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful location in Williamsburg!

This was out first VRBO and though the location is more a vacation resort than home/cabin rental it was spot on what we needed for our trip. Tina's communication was amazing and it was spot on listing. Yes it had some not so clean issues, or dated appliances but most hotels/resorts have them. Most issue where fixed within a 24 hour period. The pools where great, Mini Golf was fun and we would stay here again when in the area. Yes they do try to sell timeshare but did not attend. I already have a time share so it was not needed. Thanks Tina!

Williamsburg trip

The property was recently updated. New furniture and updated kitchen and baths. Very very clean. Only drawback not was lack of pots and pans. Only had 2 small sauce pans. It looked like all kitchen items in process of being replaced New dishes and utensils Extremely pleased with property.

2008 wifi policy

For some reason their Wifi policy was from another bygone era. Needed a ID and password, could only connect 4 devices but naturally if you wanted to pay extra you could connect more devices. My notebook never could connect but both our phones did. And TV in living room froze up a couple of times. All unnecessary annoyances. It's 2022 boys. Time to update your tech. Other than that they condo and resort were good.

Williamsburg Retreat

All aspects of our stay were positive. A few infrastructure issues that need to be addressed...namely a very low water pressure shower with inconsistent hot water availability. Otherwise we enjoyed a quiet getaway with extended family. I'd book them again.

Beautiful

The resort was beautiful. The pictures were accurate. The staff was great. Only complaint is they didn't have high speed internet. Had plenty of amenities to keep you busy. Could stay on the resort and not leave.

Great time

We had a wonderful relaxing trip. The only issue was filling the tub with water. It got cold before it was halfway full and then it would not warm up for over a hour. I even tried filling it with warm water and it was still cold when we got In. The bathroom was even cold.

Highly Recommend Wyndham Governor's green

I was a Wyndham property owner since the 1990’s. We stayed in Williamsburg frequently. After Governors Green was built it was my favorite Wyndham property in Williamsburg. It is consistently clean, secure, great personnel, well landscaped & well manicured AND has elevators in all the buildings. I highly recommend this resort. Just be careful of member services. They only want your time & money.
