This house was perfect. Most amazing location, view, and staff! Judy was always very quick and responsive. We ended up going with the meal service daily for breakfast and dinner and Larissa and Nancy are incredible! Took care of everything for all 8 of us (3 adults and 5 kids), which made it feel like a true vacation. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

My husband and I wanted to escape somewhere warm and somewhat remote and this home was the perfect spot! An easy drive from the airport with a convenient midway stop for groceries. Suma Sands was very warm and welcoming when we arrived. Everything was clean and neat but also seemed homey like this was an actual home away from home. The pool, deck and proximity to the beach is ideal and the views are breathtaking. We had a bit of windy, chilly weather the first couple of days but we relaxed on the cozy sectional and read books or napped. The kitchen is very user friendly and has everything you need for creating delicious meals or just snacking and relaxing at the bar. We definitely plan to come back and take advantage of the chef services and other excursion offerings but this time was just for rest and downtime. Thanks to Judy and her staff for doing a great job. Until next time Suma Sands....

This house is a dream. Its location and all the amenities make this the perfect place. The island is a special place. The most beautiful beaches and water you will ever see. We had great dinners at Blu and peace and plenty and lunch at Exuma yaught club. The property manager, Judy, is what help make our trip. Our flight was delayed and rental car closed but she not only drove us to our house but then supplied rental cars delivered to our house. She gave us countless recommendations and helped us book a great fishing trip on her boat. She was the “it” factor that made it all so special. Will was also very helpful with additional details. I would definitely book this house again and the beach is by far the best one on the island.

Prettiest water we have ever seen! The pool was amazing. Just know that the town shuts down on sundays so try to arrive on a Saturday or a Monday. That is my only complaint that we wish we would have been informed of upon booking. Otherwise we would definitely stay again!

Our 5th visit to Exuma and the second time staying at Suma Sands. This is an incredible home and location. Judy the manager is very responsive and makes sure our trip is amazing. If you are ever able to stay at Suma Sands just do it. You will never regret it and will make family memories no one will forget. Andy the owner is also very responsive and accommodating. We will be back!!!

Amazing Property On Tropic of Cancer Beach

House was even better than advertised. Extremely well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen, to plenty of toys for the beach, to a nice grill. Owner and house manager are great communicators. We did the chef service each evening it was amazing. Pictures of the beach don’t do it justice. Just book it!

Beautiful villa. Most incredible white sand beach we have ever been on. Everything you need is available at the villa. The only drawback is the villa's distance from any stores where you can buy what you need.

Five Couple Getaway

This property is absolutely amazing! We couldn't have been any happier with the property or location on the beach. It was a plus for each couple to have their own bathroom. The beautiful house is very large and well stocked. The heated pool was very enjoyable. Everything you could possibly need for the beach was furnished. We would highly recommend this property.

We spent a lot of time looking at places for our big group trip and decided to stay here. The communication, planning and details provided by the owner were simple and outstanding. As soon as you walk in, you realize that the pictures did not do it justice. The house was a lot bigger than the pictures lead on. The pool, beach, water sports and amenities were better than other properties I’ve visited. Would love to come back.

Amazing Family Vacation

A great family vacation. The villa was amazing and has everything you need. The location is excellent. The pool and beach are amazing. I would also recommend Judy and her team and the services they provide. The fridge was stocked upon our arrival and the chef services for dinner was excellent! If you’re looking for a boat tour, I can’t recommend Theo and Tours R Us enough. They offer one of a kind service and can tailor a trip to your needs.

Heaven on Earth

We were 10 adults staying for 1 week! This property was amazing! The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances, utensils, plates, etc. We had plenty of beach chairs & floats to use. The house was extremely well kept & clean. The property manager responded to our needs when we texted her. The pictures show a second story patio that is no longer there - that was a little disappointing. WARNING - the road to the property is extremely rough & the “no-see-ums” were savage! This, however, would not stop us from renting this property again!! We give it 10 stars out of 5!!!!

A Slice of Heaven

5 couples enjoyed this home for 6 nights in the middle of June. The weather was impeccable with only a few rain showers in the afternoon and evening. The home is beyond beautiful. The access to the beach made life so easy for us to bounce back and forth between the home and water. We enjoyed the pool, kayaks snorkeling gear, chairs and umbrellas. This home is well stocked with everything one might need to have a relaxing beach trip. Judy and her staff were quick to bring water when we ran out and Answer any questions we had regarding local attractions. The beach was very private with less than 20ish people using it on a daily basis. We enjoyed meals at both Santanas and Tropic Breeze. They were both enjoyable with delicious food and drinks. Everyone should take the time to get to this home and enjoy the peace and quiet it brings.

Amazing Trip - Epic Time - Greatest People

We rented both houses (Blue & Yellow) and had 8 people on each house and it was amazing start to finish. Location was breathless - one one of the greatest beaches in world - perfect location. Judy and her team were amazing - had chef service two nights and the dinners where fabulous. She pre-loaded villas with our shopping list - service was awesome. Must meet her cousin Theo - legendary boat tours - get his number from Judy. Overall a 10 out of 10 - would highly recommend to anyone!!

We had a wonderful time at Suma Sands! Grandparents, adult children and 5 grandchildren ages 8 months to 6 years. Plenty of room and wonderful kitchen. The outside space was great and the beach fabulous. Just a short walk to a fun and funky beach bar and very close to Santanas and Tropical Breeze, two of the best restaurants on the island. Judy was excellant and was quick to respond to our questions and water delivery. She also arranged for a catered dinner cooked by her daughter which we really enjoyed. A large number of kayaks so we could all paddle to the of shore island and cave. Plenty of beach toys, umbrellas and chairs.

Beachfront Paradise!

Our group of 7 just returned from the most amazing stay at Suma Sands Villa on Tropic of Cancer. The home is fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Upon arrival, our breath was taken away by the views that surround this property. The property was clean and well taken care of. Comfy beds and a nice indoor sitting area for the evenings (outside was too buggy). We spent a lot of our time in the pool and walking along the beach. Exuma is a very special island and we are so thankful we were able to experience it. You are within close distance to some of the best food options on the island: Tropic Breeze, Santanas, Blu on the Water, Haulover Bay. We also hired Chef Khriston for one night during our stay and it was by far worth it - best food of our entire trip! Communication with the host was excellent. All questions were answered promptly and we really enjoyed all the recommendation and information provided for us before our stay. Will definitely be back to this beautiful spot someday!

Absolute Perfection!

Everything about this home, location and stay was exceptional! Suma Sands is my dream home in my dream location. It is far from the action-which was exactly what we were looking for. The view, the water, the beach were perfection! Andy was quick to respond and helpful before our trip. Judy and her team were very kind and quick to respond to a couple of needs while there, i.e. propane refill, vaccum. We thought we would miss the hot tub but the pool was so warm it didn't matter. I can't wait to come back!
