We absolutely loved our stay here! The workers were all extremely kind to us and we loved getting to know some of them! Room was very clean and nice, and resort is pretty small so really you can’t get a room in a bad area! The food in the buffet was good, and we loved all the restaurants! It was easy to get reservations as long as you booked the day ahead of time, and we ate at restaurants on the resort all but two days. Drinks could be a little slow at times when they got busy, but it was understandable and never unreasonable, and all of our drinks were delicious! Beach and pool are pretty! Loved how close this was to town, and we were able to walk over easily. We also loved the entertainment at night! They have something every night, and it is always super fun! We also loved the waterpark (even as adults) and enjoyed doing a few of the slides.

Enjoyed the stay. The staff was mostly not friendly with a couple of exceptions. There was quite a bit of garbage piling up around the resort. Straws everywhere around the pool area, a lot of dirty dishes and glasses. The pool bar smelled horific and the tables at rhe buffet were very slow to be cleaned and no one taking dirty dishes away. Mostly cleaned up for our selves but most people left there dishes and food and the pigeons enjoyed that. and

Pros: Property was clean Water park, pools and beach were nice Main Buffet food was good enough Cons: Employees working at the bars definitely need some training as most of them seem disgruntled. Impossible to get a reservation at any of the restaurants for dinner. Overall, it’s a nice hotel for families. Kids will definitely enjoy. For adults only, there are better options.

We had a great time at this resort. We enjoyed both pool and beach. Beach is a bit rocky so you may want to bring water shoes. Night entertainment was fun to watch

The rooms need updated furniture and to be repainted. They felt very sterile. The dining experience was poor because you couldn’t set up your reservations for the week when we arrived. We had to stand in line every morning to make a reservation. All of the restaurants are not open at the same time so it’s causes a back log!

Las instalaciones del hotel son, en general, agradables y la comida es de buena calidad. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia se vio afectada por varios inconvenientes. Durante nuestra estancia, pasamos un día completo sin agua en todo el hotel, lo que nos impidió ducharnos adecuadamente. Al día siguiente, aunque el suministro de agua se restableció, no había agua caliente disponible. Además, al tercer día nos encontramos con que no había toallas limpias en las áreas de la piscina y la playa. La atención del personal dejó mucho que desear; su amabilidad y disposición para ayudar fueron extremadamente deficientes. De los seis días que estuvimos, solo pudimos cenar en dos de los restaurantes, ya que estaban completamente reservados, lo que nos obligó a recurrir al buffet para las comidas. Por último, aunque la piscina es visualmente atractiva, el agua se veía turbia y poco limpia, lo que nos hizo dudar en usarla. En resumen, aunque el hotel tiene potencial, la falta de atención al cliente y los problemas de mantenimiento afectaron negativamente nuestra experiencia. En definitiva no volvería a este hotel y posiblemente a Curaçao tampoco, en general los sitios a donde fuimos fuera del hotel había mala atención. No entendemos como una isla que vive de turismo pueden atender tan mal.

The resort is nice and we stayed in the penthouse suite with a pool on the balcony which is great for kids and time out of the sun/away from crowds. Couple of things that made this stay frustrating especially if youre traveling with kids: 1. The buffet has alot of food options but very few for kids for lunch and dinner. Also, if your kids like virgin strawberry daquaris and chocolate ice cream, i would suggest setting their expectations low because they are always out of those options. 2. There is not enough seating for normal breakfast and dinner meal times at the buffet and they run out of food. 3. GOOD LUCK getting a reservation at one of the restaurants for dinner. The line to book a reservation for dinner is at least 30 minutes long (1 person booking reservations and even though theres an app that says you can use to book dinner reservations, you cant) and they fill up within an hour of when you are allowed to stand in line to make them. So, if you dont want your vacation time waiting in line, you only have the buffet to choose from (see 1 and 2 above). 4. There are arbitrary rules enforced for some on some days and not other days. You just have to experience it to figure out the rules which can be super irritating in the moment. The rules also change based on who is working to enforce them. Overall the vacation was fine but not worth the money i spent and definitely not the Hilton experience i am used to. Probably wont book again unless there is a really great deal.

Ocean front was more expensive then ocean view. Our view was blocked with hut or buildings while friends in ocean view were higher floors and could actually see the ocean. Our 1st room had broken furniture. Emptied trash cans, no rug as advertised. Got room changed. Nicer. Still could not see much ocean. Stairway to room dirty and glasses left on ledges for days. Coffee in mornings was usually out at several stations. I have never given a bad review and had I not been there with 16 other family and friends to keep it enjoyable I would probably rate a 1. All restaurants were closed a couple days a week and we had a few wait staff rude.
